Managing ICD10 codes Administrators only

ICD10 codes are used when creating and managing invoices and quotes by associating them with line items.

Administrators can manage ICD10 codes for your organisation by doing the following:

  • logging in
  • clicking on the button containing their initials in the top right of the page
  • clicking Settings
  • scrolling down to the Diagnosis section
  • clicking on ICD10 codes

Creating ICD10 codes

To create an ICD10 code:

  • click on the Add ICD10 code button
  • enter a correctly formatted ICD10 code
  • optionally, enter a description
  • click Save

Editing ICD10 codes

To edit an ICD10 code:

  • find the ICD10 code in the list on the ICD10 codes page
  • click on the dot menu for the relevant code
  • click on Edit
  • edit the form, and click Save

Archiving ICD10 codes

Invalid or unused ICD10 codes may be archived so that they are no longer available to be used on subsequent invoices and quotes.

To archive an ICD10 code:

  • find the ICD10 code in the list on the ICD10 codes page
  • click on the dot menu for the relevant code
  • click on Archive
  • confirm that you would like to archive the ICD10 code

Exporting ICD10 codes

ICD10 codes can be exported to CSV by doing the following:

  • visit the ICD10 codes list page via Settings
  • click the dot menu to the right of the page’s heading
  • click Export to CSV

A CSV containing a row for each ICD10 code will be generated and emailed to you.
