Sending Reports

Reports can be sent to patients and referring doctrs via a patient’s Report Dashboard

To send a report:

  • find the Submitted Reports section of page
  • find the report that you would like to send
  • click on the dots menu to the right of the report
  • click Send Report

The patient will receive a WhatsApp notifying them that their treatment report can be reviewed in the portal.

Additionally, an email will be sent to both the patient, and each of their associated referring doctors.

The email sent to the referring doctors will contain the following:

  • treatment report
  • photos and xrays of the patient
