Report Conversion Settings

If you have permissions to edit settings, report conversions can be configured by:

From this page you can:

  • configure whether reminders should be emailed to patients or not
  • configure the email addresses to where patient responses will be sent

General Settings

By default, reminder emails are not sent to your patients once you send them a report.

From the General Settings section you can choose whether you would like to have emails sent to your patients or not.

NOTE: If reminders have not been sent to patients for an extended period of time, there may be a large number of patients who receive reminders the next time reminders are sent. To read more about when reminders are sent, please see the report conversion reminders page.

Patient Response Email Addresses

When patients are sent reminders after a report has been created, they may respond in one of a few ways:

  • Yes to treatment
  • Requested feedback
  • No to treatment

Emails can be provided for each these types of responses so that an email can be sent to a specific email address in your organisation when a patient responds.

To set an email address:

  • determine which email address in your organisation you would like each response to be sent to
  • enter an email address in to the form for the specific type of response
  • click Save
NOTE: If you don't provide a valid email address for a response type, you will not receive any emails for patients using that response.

Providing an email address for where these responses are sent is optional - if no email address is provided, we will use the Generic Queries email address configured on your company settings page.
