Report Conversion Notes

Notes can be added to report conversions to provide context to your team members, .e.g when marks the report conversion as ‘Not converted’

Adding notes

To add a note to a report conversion:

  • find the patient’s report conversion
  • on the report conversion’s page:
    • click on the dot menu in the top right of the page, and click Add note, or
    • click Add note next to the Notes heading
  • add some text for your note
  • click Add note

Editing notes

Existing notes can be edited. The last staff member who edited the note will be shown on the report conversion page.

To edit a note:

  • find the note in the list of notes on the report conversion page
  • click the dot menu to the right of the note
  • click Edit
  • update the note
  • click Update note

The dot menu also allows for deleting of notes.
