Managing Appointments

To manage your appointments from the patient portal:

  1. log in
  2. click Appointments in the top navigation

From your appointments page, you can view your previous and upcoming appointments, book new appointments, or cancel existing appointments.

If you have already had an appointment with the practice, you may have a message suggesting which appointment to schedule, and when to schedule it.

Viewing appointments

You can scroll down to the Appointments section of the page where you can see a list of your past and upcoming appointments.

For each appointment you can click on the button with the down arrow to see more information about each appointment.

Booking new appointments

New appointments may be booked if you do not have any upcoming appointments. If you have an upcoming appointment, you can search available times for appointments if you would like to change your current appointment time.

To search for or book a new appointment:

  1. click the Search available appointment times button
  2. select the location where you would like to book the appointment
  3. select the type of appointment
  4. select a date range for the appointment
  5. click Get appointment times

If there are available appointment times for the dates you selected, you may click Search available appointment times for the time that suits you, otherwise you may need to adjust the dates on the form to find available time slots.

After a successful booking, you will receive an email confirming the appointment, and the new appointment will be listed with your previous appointments.

NOTE: The practice may have revoked your ability to create new appointments. Please contact the practice directly to find out how you may continue booking your own appointments

Cancelling an appointment

If you have an upcoming appointment that you would like to cancel or reschedule:

  • confirm that there’s an available time slot for your appointment
  • once you’ve found an available time slot, close the search window, and scroll to your upcoming appointment
  • click Cancel appointment
  • confirm that you want to cancel your appointment

Once you have cancelled your appointment, you may book a new appointment
