Patient Queue
When a patient is marked as Arrived on the Appointment Day Sheet they will appear on the Patient Queue
- The newest patient to arrive will appear at the top of the list
- Patients can check-in at reception
- OR, self-check-in using the Patient Self-Check-In Portal
Accepting a patient
The team member who is going to work on the patient can click “On Chair” to start the appointment.
- Note: The patient had requested a Discussion submitted on the Appointment Day Sheet
- Note: There are Reception Notes also posted on the Appointment Day Sheet
