Company settings Administrators only

Administrators can company settings for your organisation by doing the following:

  • logging in
  • clicking on the button containing their initials in the top right of the page
  • clicking Settings
  • clicking Company settings in the sidebar

From this page an administrator can manage the following details:

In addition to managing your organisation’s details, we provide a few useful links for working with your patients, which can be found under the Patient login, and signup links section on the page:

  • Patient login
    • This is a branded link allowing your patients to log into their profiles. See our docs on the patient portal for what patients can expect
    • This link can be placed on your website to make it easier for patients to know where to log in
  • Patient signup
    • This is another branded link allowing new patients to create an account with Hugo Systems and associate it with your practice
    • As with the login link, this link can be placed on your website to make it easier for patients to sign up with Hugo Systems
