Messaging settings Administrators only
WhatsApp messaging can be enabled or disabled for your organisation by doing the following:
- logging in as with an administrator account
- clicking on the button containing their initials in the top right of the page
- clicking Settings
- clicking Company settings in the sidebar
- scrolling down to the Messaging settings section
- clicking Edit
WhatsApp messaging is disabled by default, and can be enabled by selecting the appropriate option in the form.
