Managing tooth labels Administrators only

Tooth labels allow for categorising teeth on dental charts.

Before users can label teeth, labels must be added by an administrator.

Labels can be managed by doing the following:

  • logging in
  • clicking on the button containing their initials in the top right of the page
  • clicking Settings
  • clicking on Tooth labels in the sidebar

Creating labels

To create a label:

  • click on the Add label button
  • enter a title and select a colour
  • enter an optional description which will be visible on the label by clicking on it
  • click Save

Editing labels

To edit a label:

  • find the label in the list on the labels page
  • click on the dot menu for the relevant label
  • click on Edit
  • edit the label details, and click Save

Deleting labels

To delete a label:

  • find the label in the list on the labels page
  • click on the dot menu for the relevant label
  • click on Delete
  • confirm the deletion by clicking Delete

The label will be removed from all teeth they are associated with
