Archiving signed quotes

The need may arise for a quote to be updated, and for the quote to be signed again. Signatures can only be obtained once per quote - any existing quote signatures need to be archived before requesting a patient to sign a quote again.

To allow for a quote to be signed again:

• navigate to the associated signed quote
• click the dots menu
• click the Archive link
• confirm that you would like to archive the quote

The signed quote will be archived, and the quote may be signed again.

Additionally, an email will be sent to the patient notifying them that the signed quote has been archived.
