Labelling patients

Labels can be added to patients to make it easier to record information about them. They are visible on a patient's sidebar.

Before labels can be applied to patients, an administrator must add labels via the Label Settings.

Once your organisation has labels, they can be added to a patient as follows:

  • navigate to a patient's profile
  • expand the patient's sidebar in the top right of the page
  • click the pencil icon below the patient's name
    • this button will be replaced by an X, allowing you to cancel editing the patient's labels
  • select the appropriate labels
  • click the tick button to save the labels
