Logging in for staff members

In addition to a username and password, 2-factor verification is required for all staff members logging into Hugo Systems.

Staff members logging in for the first time will be prompted to enable 2-factor verification.

To log into Hugo Systems:

  • visit https://hugosystems.tech
  • click Staff login in the primary navigation
  • enter your username and password and submit the form
  • enter the 2-factor verification code from your authenticator application, and submit

Enabling 2-factor verification

If you haven’t yet configured 2-factor verification, Hugo Systems will redirect you to a page to enable it for your account.

Before being able to enable 2-factor verification, you will need to install an authenticator app on your device that will be used to generate verification codes. Search your device’s app store for an authenticator app to install.

Once you have an authenticator app installed, follow these steps to enable 2-factor verification:

  • enter your username and password on the Hugo Systems log in page, and submit your details
  • on the following page, scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  • the authenticator app will then generate a code that should be entered into the form
  • if the code is valid, 2-factor verification will be enabled, and you will be logged in

Each staff member can manage their details and 2-factor verification from their profile pages.
