Filter Appointments

• Filter Appointments Visible to New Patients
  • Filter the appointments that you would like New Patients to see
    • This is useful if you have a specific team who deal with new patients and they work independently of your clinical team and you do not want new patients inadvertently booking the incorrect appointment
• Filter Appointments NOT Visible to Patients in treatment
  • For the same reason as above, you might not want patients who are in treatment being able to book new patient appointments.

• Select the appointments you would like included OR excluded depending on whether you are filtering for Filter Appointments Visible to New Patients OR Filter Appointments NOT Visible to Patients in treatment
