Quotes

A practice may provide quotes for treatments they offer you.

To see your quotes:

• log in to the patient portal
• click on Quotes in the navigation bar
• click on the title of the quote

From the quote page you may:

• view the report the quote is associated with, if it is associated with a report
• download the quote
• sign the quote, if it is not already signed, or view the signed quote
• read through the quote’s details
