Report Waiting

When a patient’s Photos are uploaded the patient will become visible in your Report Waiting Dashboard.

From here you can:

• filter patients by the date a discussion was had with the patient
• filter patients by whether the discussion indicates a report is required or not
• indicate that a report is not required for the associated photos

Each item in the list indicates the progress of a prospective patient from when photos are uploaded against their profile, through to whether a quote or report was sent to the patient.

The status of the report can be changed from the Report Summary

• Team members can monitor the status of the reports
  • Team members with permissions can change the status to:
    • Ready for review
    • Doctor to Check
    • Ready to Send
  • Doctors can choose from the following:
    • Final Check
    • Submit
