Report Conversions

Report conversions are a way for your practice to see how the reports you create for prospective patients result in the patients beginning treatment.

Report conversions are created when a report is submitted to a patient. In addition to providing insight into whether the patient is starting treatment or not, your practice can configure report conversions so that patients are automatically sent emails prompting them to start treatment.

Report conversions are presented in two ways:

  • relative to a patient
  • in a list of all report conversions for your practice

Report conversions for a specific patient

To find a patient’s report conversions:

  • visit the relevant patient’s reports dashboard
  • scroll to the Submitted reports section
  • if any reports have been submitted, you may click on Report conversion for the relevant report

Report conversions for your whole practice

To find a list of all report conversions for your practice:

  • click on Patients in the navigation bar
  • click on Report Conversions

From this page you can:

  • set a date range to filter the report conversions you would like to see
  • select the status of the report conversions you would like to see using the dropdown menu on the right side of the page
  • view the status of the report conversions
  • view any notes associated with each report conversion
  • visit the report conversions for more information
