Users select from a medical terminology list when creating their treatment report. Patients will receive a detailed description of this medical jargon to understand their treatment better. The terminology and explanations throughout the report are customisable, and users can easily add or update language as they need. The better informed your patient is, the more they can engage with their treatment.

When the user sends the report to the patient, Hugo Systems will trigger an email to the referring doctor(s)—keeping your colleagues informed throughout treatment and allowing them to collaborate better in achieving excellent results. Better communication means fewer queries from referring doctors about extractions and other teeth instructions, freeing your team to do more meaningful work and reducing the friction of a patient entering treatment.
