Debt collecting is made more accessible with Hugo Systems; your team can email and WhatsApp patients about their outstanding accounts directly from the day sheet, notifying them before their appointment about their due account.

It is possible to block patients from booking online appointments if their account is outstanding, requiring the patient to call in to make their next appointment. Patients with a blocked account are immediately visible when booking their appointment.
