Annotating images

In addition to uploading files to an entry, it can be useful to annotate images. When creating or editing an entry, an Annotated image field will be present.

This field is displayed using two inputs - a select menu, and a file uploader. The select menu contains a list of the images uploaded to your organisation’s Annotation Templates settings page. If no images have been uploaded, then only the file uploader will show.

Once an image is selected or uploaded, drawings and text may be added to it using the buttons that will appear alongside the image.

Once you are happy with the annotations, click Save to have the annotated image saved to the entry as a new file.
