Staff member profile
Once logged in, staff members can manage their profiles by:
- clicking on their initials in the primary navigation
- clicking My Profile
From this page, a staff member can:
- view their username
- update their details
- update their password
- manage notification preferences
- manage their 2-factor devices
Updating details
Staff members can update their details by:
- clicking on the dot menu next to the Detail heading on their profile page
- updating the form
- clicking Save
Updating passwords
To update passwords, staff members can:
- click on the Change your password link at the bottom of the page
- enter their current password into the form
- enter their new password with confirmation into the form
- click Update password
The staff member will be requested to log back in after their password has been updated.
Manage notification preferences
Hugo Systems will periodically send emails to users, such as product updates, account notifications, and security updates.
Staff members can subscribe or unsubscribe from different types of emails we’ll send. These subscriptions can be managed from each staff member’s profile page:
- scroll down to the Email notifications section
- click on the Expand button
- click on the checkboxes to toggle the subscription status for each type of email Hugo Systems may send
2-Factor Verification
Staff members can delete the link between Hugo Systems and their authenticator app:
- click the Expand button on the profile page
- click the dot menu to the right of the 2FA code
- click Unlink 2-factor device
The staff member’s device will be unlinked, and they will be redirected to a page to enable 2-factor verification, where they can scan a new QR code with their authenticator app.
Codes from the previous link will no longer be accepted during verification.
