Archiving quotes

Quotes may be archived to prevent patients from accessing them in the patient portal and signing them.

To archive a quote:

find the patient’s quotes
click on the dot menu button on the right of the relevant quote’s title
click Archive
confirm that you would like to archive the quote

Note: Quotes that have been signed cannot be archived. To archive a quote, first, archive the signature. Once the signature has been archived, the quote may be archived, too
