Uploading Signed Quotes
Patients may sign quotes via a staff’s account or the patient portal, but they may also print a PDF version of the quote, sign it, scan it, and send a signed image or PDF to your practice.
When this happens, the signed quote may be uploaded against the relevant quote. To do this:
- find the associated quote in Hugo Systems that matches the quote in the file the patient provided you
- on the quote page, click Upload Signed Quote
- add the file to the form
- submit the form
An email will be sent to the patient notifying them that a document was uploaded, requesting them to confirm the signing.
The rules that apply for signing a quote more than once and whether a quote was signed via a staff member’s account or a patient’s account also apply to uploading quote signatures.
