Online booking feature

  • Practices can now turn on and off specific locations for online booking.
  • Practices can also turn on or off the feature to search across all locations and doctors.
    • This feature is only applicable to new patient appointments
      • You can setup these appointments here
    • And, is only visible to patients who do not have a previous appointment
      • If they have a previous appointment the patient will be scoped to a specific doctor.

Ordering of report lists

To improve the reporting experience, we have made filtering the SETUP and REPORTING lists consistent. Filtering items consistently will improve readability and structure during the reporting process.

  • The lists within reports will now be filtered using the following hierarchy:
    • Visible items (first)
      • Ordering number (ascending)
        • Title (alphabetical)
  • Description:
    • If a list item is hidden, it will automatically fall to the end of the list.
    • List items will then be subjected to sorting by their Ordering number
      • Users can use this to group concepts together.
    • List items will then be subjected to alphabetical sorting by their Name field
      • Note: if you would like the list to be purely alphabetical, you can set all Ordering numbers to the same value.
