Marking Report Conversions as ā€˜Not converted’

Removing the ā€˜Not converted’ status

If a report conversion was mistakenly marked as ā€˜Not converted’, the instructions above can be followed to remove the status. Additionally, scheduling an appointment for the patient will also update the report conversion to a status of Appointment scheduled.
