Marking Report Conversions as ‘Not converted’
Patients may not be able to continue treatment for a number of reasons. Staff can indicate this by doing the following:
- finding the patient’s report conversion
- clicking on the dot menu in the top right of the page
- clicking Mark as ‘Not converted’
From here you will be directed to add a note. This is a good time to describe why the report conversion was marked as ‘Not converted’ so that other team members have context for the update.
Removing the ‘Not converted’ status
If a report conversion was mistakenly marked as ‘Not converted’, the instructions above can be followed to remove the status. Additionally, scheduling an appointment for the patient will also update the report conversion to a status of Appointment scheduled.
