Location-specific appointment settings

• Setup the general settings for the location
  • Select an Appointment Length
    • All of your Appointment Services must be in multiples of this length of time
    • Your Operating Hours must be in multiples of this length of time
    • It is useful to set this value at the smallest appointment interval that you use in your practice.
  • How far in advance staff can book an appointment
    • Typically you would like to let your staff book appointments further in advance than your patients.
      • This allows your team to setup your appointment book far in advance
  • How far in advance a patient can book an appointment
    • Set how far in the future a patient can book an appointment
  • Minimum days in advance patients may book or cancel appointments
    • The number of days before an appointment that a patient may book an appointment, or the minimum number of days before a scheduled appointment that a patient may cancel an appointment
