Patient queue

When a patient is marked as Arrived on the Appointment Day Sheet they will appear on the Patient Queue

• The newest patient to arrive will appear at the top of the list
  • Patients can check-in at reception
  • OR, check themselves in

Accepting a patient

The team member who is going to work on the patient can click "On Chair" to start the appointment.

• Note: The patient had requested a Discussion submitted on the Appointment Day Sheet
• Note: There are Reception Notes also posted on the Appointment Day Sheet
• The navigation will appear at the bottom of the block allowing the team member to navigate to:
  • Timeline
  • Summary
    • team members can make temporary notes here
  • Records
  • Report
